Self Referral
As soon as you have had a positive pregnancy test, you can refer yourself directly for maternity care within the Northern Trust. You can do this by completing and submitting a self-referral form online which goes through to our booking appointment office. All births will be booked for Antrim Area Hospital but you can receive your antenatal care at a community hub close to you.
