Please note:  The Surgery will be closed on Monday 6th May and Monday 27th May for the Bank Holidays.  Any prescriptions ordered over the bank holidays weekends will not be ready for collection until 48 hours after reopening.

Patients on lon-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

  • In person - leave your repeat slip at reception with the items required clearly marked.
  • Via a chemist - leave it with your preferred chemist.
  • By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope and we will post it back to you.
  • Online -  follow the link at the top of this page and complete a simple one-off registration.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

48_hoursPlease allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
